Meet Kaitlyn + Chad

We spent hours  doing all kinds of ridiculous things to get our kids to look at the camera, do that super cute thing again, or give us a smile so we could send an update to the grandparents. 

And then we realized — you have too. We thought, someone should make a baby product that helps kids look at the camera. 

As it turns out, that someone is us.

I remember when my daughter was first born, my husband Chad and I just could.not.get.enough. of her. 

We spent hours looking at her. Taking pictures of her. Then looking at the pictures we took of her. 

As parents, we’re obsessed with our kids. It’s only natural that we’d want to take a bajillion pictures of them.

So, why is it so hard to get good pics of our kids?! It shouldn’t be…

This was a real thought we had. And the reason we created The Looky Lou.

I'm the reluctant photo-deleter in our family. Here’s what I mean by that: 

For years, we took 100s bad pics of our kids maybe to get 1 good one. Which left me scrolling (and scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling….) through my camera roll, mindlessly deleting all the uncute photos we’d never use. Using up time we didn’t have with two under two scooting around…

I can imagine at least 10 things that are a better use of your time. And since you have kids you know this too: time is precious!
